Mocktail

Other then Cocktail, we do have non-alcohol mixture drink as well, the Mocktail.

Shirley Temple
A Shirley Temple is a non-alcoholic mixed drink made with two parts Ginger ale, one part orange juice, and a splash of grenadine, garnished with a maraschino cherry. More recent recipes omit the orange juice and instead combine equal parts lemon-lime soda and ginger ale. Shirley Temples are often served to children dining with adults in lieu of real cocktails. The cocktail may have been invented by a bartender at Chasen's, a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, in the 1930s to serve to the child actress Shirley Temple to help her deal with her growing alcohol addiction. By offering a non-alcoholic alternative to drink when not on-set, establishments frequented by the actress were able to hide her problem from the public.

Purple Storm
A similar drink with Shirley Temple, this is purple storm, fresh juice taste will be stronger then Shirley temple.

Cocktail

Lets me have a small introduction of the Cocktail that may found in BBB.

Long Island Tea
This is a classic mixed drink that should be in everyone drink repertoire. An easy way to remember  how to make a Long Island is to think of a small shot of 5 white spirits (gin, tequila light rum, vodka, triple sec), shot of sour mix, fill with cola. It's really easy if you break it down, but it is also just as easy to drink too many. The drink has much higher alcohol concentration (about 22%) than most highballs because of the proportionally small amount of mixer. Long Islands can be ordered "extra long", which further increases the alcohol to mixer ratio. The 1970's credit for this potent and alluring concoction could go to Robert Bott, a bartender from Long Island, or to Charles Bishop, a 1930's moonshiner in (then dry) Tennessee.

Mint Julep
Anyone who is into horse racing will be familiar with this, the traditional drink of the Kentucky Derby during which some 80,000 juleps are served. With this much bourbon in a drink, slow sipping is the appropriate way to imbibe. The origins of Mint Julep are clouded and may never be definitively known. The first appearance of mint julep in print came in a book by John  Davis published in London in 1803, where it was described as "a dram of spirituous liquor that has mint steeped in it, taken by Virginians of a morning." However, Davis did not specify that bourbon was the spirit used. The mint julep originated in the southern United States, probably during the 18th century. Recently, however, bourbon-based juleps have decisively eclipsed gin-based juleps. Traditionally, Mint Juleps are served in silver or pewter cups and held by the handle or rim in order for the cup to obtain optimum frost.  And because the silver cup should have cooper core to fully freeze the contents. As an alternative to muddling the mint and  sugar cube you can also infuse sugar syrup with mint. Today, mint juleps are most commonly served in tall old-fashioned glass, Collins glass, or highball glass with straw.

Margarita
Everyone knows the Margarita, that refreshing drink that can be made in so many ways, take on many personalities and the must have summer cocktail. The Margarita is one of the most popular cocktails in North America and shows no signs of slowing down. There are number of variations to the Margarita, so you're sure to find one that is just right for you. There is no solid proof who "invented" the Margarita. The most accepted of all the stories is that Margarita was invented in October 1941, at Hussong's Cantina in Ensenada, Maxico, by bartender Don Carlos Orozco. One slow afternoon, Don Carlos was experimenting with mixing new drinks when a prestigious visitor arrived: Margarita Henkel, the daughter of a German ambassador, who lived with her husband Roy Parodi near the city in Rancho Hamulton. Don Carlos offered the drink to Margarita, and named it after her being the first person to taste it. He concocted a mixture of equal parts tequila, orange liqueu and lime, served over ice in a salt-rimmed glass.

Brown Cow
A Brown Cow is as delicious as a chocolate milk shake and probably even easier to make. The chocolate liqueur and milk, the only two ingredients, are what gives this cocktail it's name as well as it's delicious flavor. Perfect on a summer day down at the farm or wherever you find yourself craving chocolate. Kahlua coffee liqueur and coffee cocktails presents the "brown cow" recipe. A classic mixed drink made from Kahlua. Learn about drinks with Kahlua.  A alcohol beverage to try. A cocktail that uses Kahlua and milk. A great Kahlua and cream recipe to try.

Bloody Mary
A Bloody Mary is a popular cocktail containing vodka, tomato juice, and usually other spices or flavorings such as Worcestershire sauce, Peri-Peri Sauce, Tabasco sauce, beef consomme or bouillon, horseradish, celery, olive, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and celery salt. It has been called "the world's most complex cocktail. The Bloody Mary's origin is unclear. Fernand Petiot claimed to have invented the drink in 1921 while working at the New York Bar, which later became Harry's New York Bar, a frequent Paris hangout for Ernest Hemingway and other American expatriates. Another tradition maintains that actor George Jessel created the drink around 1939. In 1939, Lucius Beebe printed in his gossip column "This New York" one of the earliest U.S. references to this drink, along with the original recipe: "George Jessel’s newest pick-me-up which is receiving attention from the town’s paragraphers is called a Bloody Mary: half tomato juice, half vodka."

Mai Tai
The Mai Tai is an alcoholic cocktail based on rum, Curaçao liqueur, and lime juice, associated with "Polynesian-style" settings. Mai Tai translates from Tahitian to mean "Out of this World." It was purportedly invented at the Trader Vic's restaurant in Oakland, California in 1944. There Victor Bergron, one of the founders of the tiki bar, put together this great drink that deserves to feature the best rum you can get your hands on. Trader Vic's rival, Don the Beachcomber, claimed to have created it in 1933 at his then-new bar named for himself (later a famous restaurant) in Hollywood. Don the Beachcomber's recipe is more complex than that of Vic's and tastes quite different. The Mai Tai became such a popular cocktail in the 1950s and 1960s that virtually every restaurant, particularly tiki-themed restaurants or bars served them. The Mai Tai was also prominently featured in the popular Elvis Presley film Blue Hawaii. Over the years the reipe has changed greatly, disguising the rum under layers of fruit.

Japanese Slipper
A Japanese slipper is a cocktail made from Midori, Cointreau, and lemon juice. It is an International Bartenders Association Official Cocktail. It was created in 1984 by Jean-Paul Bourguignon at Joe Allen Bar And Restaurant in Paris. Place the cherry into a cocktail glass. Place crushed ice into cocktail shaker, add Midori, then the Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into the chilled cocktail glass and serve. Garnish with a slice of honeydew melon. A Japanese Slipper cocktail is a perfect choice for those who love the flavor of melon. Served straight up with a single cherry, it's perfect before dinner

Singapore Sling
The Singapore Sling is a cocktail that was developed sometime before 1915 by Ngiam Tong Boon (嚴崇文), a bartender working at the Long Bar in Raffles Hotel Singapore. The original recipe used gin, Cherry Heering, Bénédictine, and fresh pineapple juice, primarily from Sarawak pineapples which enhance the flavour and create a foamy top. Most recipes substitute bottled pineapple juice for fresh juice; soda water has to be added for foam. The hotel's recipe was recreated based on the memories of former bartenders and written notes that they were able to discover regarding the original recipe. One of the scribbled recipes is still on display at the Raffles Hotel Museum. The current Raffles Hotel recipe is a heavily modified version of the original, most likely changed sometime in the 1970s by Ngiam Tong Boon's nephew. Today, many of the "Singapore Slings" served at Raffles Hotel have been pre-mixed and are made using an automatic dispenser that combines alcohol and pineapple juice to pre-set volumes. They are then blended instead of shaken to create a nice foamy top as well as to save time because of the large number of orders. However, it is still possible to request a shaken version from bartenders.By the 1980s the Singapore Sling was often little more than gin, bottled sweet and sour, and grenadine. With the move towards fresh juices and the re-emergence of quality products like Cherry Heering the cocktail has again become a semblance of its former self.

Illusion
Ever noticed how some cocktails have the same name but quite different ingredients? Of course, this doesn’t happen much with classic drinks, but for “evolving” cocktails like the Illusion, various different recipes may exist and still be called by the same name. This MIDORI Illusion is made as a short cocktail, and is particularly popular among flair bartending circles. The five ingredients blend together creating an interesting flavor fusion, powerfully sweet while still managing to emphasize the MIDORI color and taste.

Tequila Sunrise
The Tequila Sunrise is a cocktail made in two different ways, the original (tequila, crème de cassis, lime juice and soda water) and the more popular concoction (tequila, orange juice, and grenadine syrup). Originally served at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, where it was created by Gene Sulit in the 1930s or 1940s, the cocktail is named for the way it looks after it has been poured into a glass. The denser ingredients (cassis or grenadine) settle, creating gradations in color that mimic a sunrise. The more popular version was invented by Bobby Lazoff and Billy Rice at the Trident restaurant in Sausalito California in the early 1970's.

Poison
The Poison  is the mixture drink of combine ingredients into a mixing tin full of ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a hurricane glass. A delicious recipe for Neon Nightmare, with Malibu® coconut rum, Midori® melon liqueur, Blue Curacao liqueur and pineapple juice. Also lists similar drink recipes, some called Neow Nightmare.

Sex on the Beach
One of the more popular cocktails, a Sex on the Beach is a delicious fruity drink that almost anyone will like. It is a great tropical highball that is wonderful on hot summer nights or afternoons at the beach. Juices such as grapefruit and pineapple are often substituted for the orange juice. The step by step guide below will prepare you to enjoy this cleverly named concoction whenever the mood strikes! The earliest known invention of the cocktail and its name dates back to 1987 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Republic National Distributor had just begun to sell a new product, peach schapps, in the fall. With the influx of tourism coming shortly for spring break, National devised a contest that would pay the bar that sold the most peach schnapps a bonus. A young bartender named Ted Pizio working at Confetti's mixed peach schnapps, vodka, orange juice and grenadine. When Pizio began to sell the sweet ans tasty beverage, he was soon asked what it was called. On the spot, Pizio thought what the reason was that thousands of people come to Ft. Lauderdale for spring break was; The Beach and Sex. "Sex on the Beach!" he replied, and as the drink gained fame that spring , thousands of college student returned to their areas of the country and asked their local bartender for Sex on the Beach. Obviously, the bartenders had no idea how to make a drink they had never heard of so they asked what it looked like and what it tasted like, which no this day has led to the numerous regional variations of the famous drink recipe.

There are lots more of varieties of cocktail, it may not in our menu, but try order it, as long as we have the ingredient , we will serve you that =) So come and grab the one you love^^
